Although it is important to wear your orthotics during activities, we spend lots of time on our feet throughout the day so it is best to wear them during any period of standing or walking.
We are able to fit orthotics in almost any shoe. When you come in for your assessment it is helpful to bring shoes you wear most often so we can ensure the orthotics will be worn as much as possible! We can put orthotics in shoes, slippers, sandals, boots, high heels, and the list goes on!
