Did you know we can tell a lot about your feet from just your footprint?
Whether it be on the beach, pool deck, or even on your bathmat…. looking at your footprint can tell you how your feet work!
Does your footprint look more like an oval with no arch shape? This tells us that you have flat feet or pes planus. Is there a big gap in the middle of the foot where the arch doesn’t touch? This tells us you have a high arch or pes cavus.
Just because you have a different foot type, it doesn’t necessarily mean you will have foot problems, but it is a good idea to be aware of your foot type if only for knowing what shoes to buy for your feet (more on this later…)
