Here are some tips to help find a shoe that is the right fit for your feet!

1. Ensure the shape of the shoe is right for your foot. My foot type does better in a tapered shoe rather than a more rounded toe shape.

2. Check to make sure the length is right! You should have about a finger width of space from the end of your longest toe.

3. Check to see if the width is right for your foot. Your foot should be sitting nicely within the limits of the footbed, not spilling over. Find the widest part of the foot (across 1st and 5th toe joints) and make sure the foot is not faking over the edges.

4. Enjoy your walk/run
