  •   Keep your feet dry, bacteria (which lead to smell) thrive in moist environments
  •   Air out your shoes by removing the insoles and placing the shoes in the sun to dry
  •   Rotate your shoes if you are able. Shoes need time to dry, so if you wear the same ones everyday, they do not have time to dry completely
  •   Use a special disinfectant spray inside your shoes or use an odour-absorbing powder like cornstarch
  •   Wear clean socks daily, if you sweat a lot try changing your socks at lunch time

Clean your feet daily with soap, standing in the shower is not enough you might actually have to scrub between the toes! If that doesn’t help, try adding a weekly soak with epsom salts
